Delete your Storebird account

You can permanently delete your Storebird account and all associated data at any time. This page explains what happens and takes you to the delete button.

This is permanent and cannot be undone

Deleting your account will immediately:

Cancel any active subscription (no further billing)
Disconnect all connected stores
Permanently erase your conversations, leads, knowledge base and AI training data
Remove your login and profile

How to delete your account

Tap the button below (or open storebird.ai/settings/profile) and sign in.
Scroll to Delete account at the bottom of your profile settings.
Confirm in the dialog. Your account and data are removed right away.

Want a copy of your data first?

Before deleting, you can download everything we hold about you from the same profile settings page (Export data), or contact [email protected].

If you have trouble signing in or want us to delete your account on your behalf, email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will process it.
